"Summer Vibes 2"
Acrylic paint and oil crayon on canvas - Abstract inspired by the feeling of summer that arrives in late spring. This is inspired by the work at Horatios garden at the QEUH spinal unit. The gardens at Horatios erupt with different flowers and colours as the seasons come and go. "Summer Vibes 1" is a take on the blues of the summer skies and the refreshing yellows and whites that cover the grounds. Horatios Garden provides an oasis of nature a world away from the sterility of the hospital wards for patients with life changing spinal injuries.
