This email is a gentle reminder that the Hand-Back of unsold works from the Big Art Show starts on Tue 19th November and runs till Wed 4th Dec.

HAND-BACK PROCEDURE: FOR ARTISTS OR PURCHASERS COLLECTING WORK

Note: NO WORK MAY BE COLLECTED BEFORE EXHIBITION CLOSES, Sat 16 Nov, 4pm, nor on that day.

Artists: Please bring your stamped, receipted, HAND-IN CLAIM TICKETS for each artwork. These CLAIM TICKETS are vital to allow the work to be officially checked-out. If you have lost these we will need to verify your identity.

Purchasers: Please bring your stamped, receipted, SALES ORDER FORM for artworks.

Artworks will be cling-wrapped only.

Everyone should also bring their own wrapping materials (bubble wrap, cardboard etc) when you come to collect. We will provide cling wrap and packing tape. We will have some original cardboard packing materials to return or recycle. Subject to availability.

Book 1 place per person (not per artwork). Turn up at anytime between 10.30am and 3.30pm to collect work.

Note: We operate a take-it-down-as-you-come process. Please be patient and understanding if you arrive and there is a large queue. We have a small team of staff and volunteers. You are welcome to assist in taking the work down. Please be patient and kind.

Couriers: If you are arranging any courier to collect your artwork we need plenty of notice for same. You should provide shipping labels to us for your own arrangement. We will wrap the work for transport.
