Big Art Show 2024

By entering your artwork to the Big Art Show you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your artwork is your intellectual property and is an original artwork that is not copied, reproduced or reprinted.

2. Your artwork will be available for sale to public buyers who attend the exhibition for the full run of the exhibition dates. You may set your own price. 

3. Artwork that has been selected to be shown must be available for the full run of the exhibition. It may not be exhibited or sold elsewhere and it cannot be collected or withdrawn until after the exhibition closes.  

4. You agree that the Exhibition organiser may charge 25% Commission+VAT (on the commission element) of any artwork sold.

5. If selected you will arrange for your work to be couriered or delivered, at your expense, to exhibition venue during the hand-in period. 

6. You will pay a hanging fee of £10 per picture or piece at the hand-in.

7. You agree for images of your work to be used for promotional purposes either in print in catalogues, posters and leaflets and online on the exhibition website pages.

8. You will make your own arrangement for collection of your artwork, if unsold, at the end of the exhibition during the hand-back period.  Artists must bring their hand-in stamped, paid collection receipts for collecting work to verify their identity.  Mobile phone pictures are not acceptable evidence.

The Big Art Show is a not for profit annual exhibition run by Scottish charity Outspoken Arts Scotland Ltd in partnership with Art Paisley Ltd.
