Nightmare

This experience of various conflicts around the world, but specifically Ukraine, and the sheer terror of trying to defend your family from an all-encompassing nightmare. The fabric it is made of is actually from woven baby wraps, many of which would have been used by parents to carry children, which speaks to me so much. I feel the style is based around the emotion of the fabric itself, perhaps a little childlike and rough, but sincere. I feel the textures in the picture make the experience tangible
