Statement
I use the Chinese characters "?" and “?" to create drawings of landscape. "?" in English means mountains and hills, while "?" means water, springs, and rivers. Together, "??" in English means landscape. I repeatedly write/draw the two characters to form mountain and water on paper and create minimal yet spiritual images of landscape and seascape for meditation.
