In "Second Springtide_Alive_1," I investigate the two ever-changing constants of human life: the states of being alive and decaying. Using natural materials, I captured these states through a powerful microscope. In this project, I explore two ever-changing constants of human life: the state of being alive and the state of decay. Using natural materials, I captured the tissue states at a still-living moment and then at a moment of decay through a powerful microscope. Both states are elusive and constantly occurring, highlighting the one true constant in life – change.
