Paradise
Paradise was created by Touchbase Ayrshire during group sessions using a wide variety of art materials including clay, acrylic paint, printmaking, mosaic tiles, found objects, ribbons and textiles. We wanted to depict the diversity of life in our oceans. Each person choose which creatures they wanted to create and then worked with the numerous available art materials to create them. We used materials that had differing tactile qualities including ropes, shells and fabrics. This piece was a lot of fun to bring together. It can either be wall hung or displayed on the floor.
