'Newton's Law' was created in response to the UK and USA's invasion of Iraq, the people were protesting on the streets, but the governments didn't listen. It contains text from a poem of mine of the same name, the title of the artwork and poem suggests that there are always repercussions of war, as Newton's Law states; every action has an equal and opposite reaction. With the atrocities happening currently in Palestine, in Ukraine, and in many other countries across the world, this painting serves as a stark reminder of those repercussions and the injustices happening in the world today.
