My practice focussed on exploring the stages of a woman's life and how she is viewed differently throughout different phases, using the "Maiden, Mother, Crone" template. I am fascinated by how older women are simultaneously ignored, mocked and completely essential to our society and I enjoy painting them in all their multifaceted roles.
