Belonging
This piece is part of a series of blind drawings, capturing the movement of a car and the beautiful Scottish environment. Cropped and enlarged, it depicts the texture of the landscape as well as the emotions of the act. Similar to the pleasure of the journey, where experiences and new connections are gained, this piece has been further manipulated, cut, drawn again, and embroidered with threads as well as grass and weeds, to embrace the whole experience of the travelling.
