Fragility
"Fragility," is part of my Self-Portrait series 'Foxtail,' which draws inspiration from Rembrandt's style and color palette. Through this series, I aim to explore the delicate essence of time and our inherent connection to the natural world. The subject in the portrait is enveloped by a bouquet of foxtails, symbolizing both protection and vulnerability. As time marches on relentlessly, the fragility of our existence becomes apparent, evoking a sense of apprehension toward the future.
