My name is David Ross, and I am a visual artist from East Kilbride, Scotland. Working primarily with ink and acrylic paint on canvas, I try to navigate the boundaries between realism and expressive artistry. I explore human emotion and character, often portraying subjects amidst life's chaos. Through my art, I attempt to reveal the delicate balance between softness and strength, illuminating resilience and vulnerability emerging from human experience. Due to the personal inspiration of significant women in my life, I currently choose female subjects, aiming to showcase the inherent beauty and turmoil found within each individual's journey.
