Statement
My body of work combines mixed media art mediums of watercolour, ink and pencil. With the desire to explore growth and experience through my work, is a reflection of planting seeds and where life and beauty within can be found. I strive to create pieces that resonate with others, evoking connection with the earth around us and the understanding of growth and progression. I am fascinated with the play of light and shadow and how the elements work together to create and prepare for new life. Each piece is connected as part of a journey between each element and explores the vision and materials used. It is my hope that through my work, I can contribute a small piece to a world where creativity and diversity is embraced and celebrated. My goal being to create experiences that linger on in the minds and hearts of those who encounter them.
