Statement
Jamie O’Donnell (he/him, b.1998)
I am an interdisciplinary artist from Tayport in Fife, currently based in Houston, Renfrewshire. My practice explores the topics of the trans experience, mental health, and growing up. My work embodies his experience of finding my voice and aligning myself to how I’ve always felt on the inside. I hope the viewer will see themselves in the work and learn something new about themselves.
In addition, I have had solo exhibitions in Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as collaborated with brands such as Clark’s Shoes and Muirhead Leather.
