Statement
I am an Artist who takes my inspiration from my homeland in Ayrshire in Scotland and from my travels.
My passion for rugged coastlines and the ever-changing natural environment is felt in the materials, colours and textures I choose to work with when producing my design-led abstract pieces.
I enjoy mixing the different mediums of gouache, acrylic, oil, and ink, working with my fingers, palette knife and brush which creates gorgeous
tactile surfaces, rich in texture and depth … and of course I love a little gold leaf!!
