Glaswegian artist painting land, sea and cityscapes of Scotland in general and of course my hometown. Additionally, locations abroad where I have travelled, in various mediums but mostly acrylics and watercolour.
StatementI am a Glaswegian artist painting mostly land, sea and cityscape scenes. I work in various mediums but mostly acrylic and watercolour where I try to capture my home town's beautiful architecture under typical moody skies and indeed I carry on this approach with my Scottish sea/landscapes where I paint the Scotland I see and feel. I also love to travel around Europe and so I paint where I have visited and hope that my paintings connect with the viewer in the same way the vistas connect with me.
